JAMS Pacer - cases closed prior to October 24, 2007.The U.S. District Court for the District of Western Wisconsin provides federal court case information on the Internet. In order to use the PACER system, you need to have a login and password issued from the PACER Service Center which may be completed on-line . Once your registration has been processed by the PACER Service Center, a login and password can be retrieved on-line if a credit card is provided or sent by U.S. mail to the address provided on the registration form. For security reasons, logins and passwords can not be emailed, faxed, or given over the phone. For an expedited registration, provide a credit card number during registration. There is a $.08 per page charge for downloading case information on this system.
On January 22, 2008, all documents in all civil and criminal cases currently pending and newly filed must be filed electronically using CM/ECF. Attorneys filing in this district are encouraged to register and obtain a login and password for CM/ECF by visiting our attorney registration web site at https://attorneyreg.wiwd.uscourts.gov.
